The Washingtonia Robusta is a familiar-looking palm that will grow beautifully in your garden. The stout, pineapple-looking trunk has plenty of shaggy bark and Earthy tones, with a lovely set of palm leaves that sprout from the top. These palm trees provide a great amount of shade and look really nice. They can fit into a variety of spaces though they absolutely love a lot of sun! If kept in the right conditions, they’ll produce some lovely small white flowers.

Temperatures between 18°C to 35°C are ideal. However, it can tolerate slightly cooler temperatures down to around -2°C for short periods, especially if the cold is not accompanied by frost.
